A very comfortable seating area for chilling out with pre - dinner drinks, after- dinner coffee and chatting with other guests about your adventures during the day.

Don't forget to bring your own alcoholic drinks and wine.

There are plenty of games, DVD's and local information books available with WI-fi throughout the house for those who wish to bring their computers.

Dining Room

Full Scottish breakfast is served here with Matthew's legendary scones and home baking. It gives an opportunity to plan the day ahead and discuss a route with Matthew if you need some local ideas. It is also absolutely perfect for meeting other guests while relaxing and enjoying Matthews delicious dinners. Matthew can usually be coaxed into singing a couple of songs after dinner. On Scottish theme nights he also gives "The Address to the Haggis" by Rabbie Burns before stabbing the haggis and serving it with his own special recipe as a starter - not to be missed, great fun !!!!! He can always be relied on to sing a couple of Scottish songs on these nights.

Bedrooms

All three bedrooms are en suite, recently decorated and very comfortable.

They are equipped with a

• T.V./DVD player, 
• clock/radio and docking station for iPods.

The bathrooms all have double walk in showers, complimentary accessories, magnifying mirror and shaver point.
